How to: 1. Before your grocery run, check the app and look for rebates for items on your list. 2. Purchase items at the store 3. Upload receipt and scan UPC barcodes of rebate items 4. Cashback will be loaded to your account in 24-48 hours 5. You can cash out once your account reaches $20 via Paypal, Venmo or various gift cards
Tips -Barcodes may need scanning, don’t throw away boxes/wrappers until your receipt is submitted -Most stores allow for automatic cashback by linking your loyalty cards. Linking loyalty cards allows for your rebates to be redeemed without uploading a receipt or scanning UPC barcodes, as long as the rebates are added before your grocery store run and your loyalty card is scanned. -If you’re unsure a rebate applies to a particular item, select the rebate. There is an option to “Check Product Barcode” -Once you reach $20, you can cash out your full balance. It doesn’t have to be in $20 increments.

I’m eating mostly protein and veggies again this week and shake for breakfast. I’m recycling the recipes for meat from last week. You can see them here.
For carbs, I’ll have some organic quinoa or organic quinoa macaroni from Costco. This recipe is for one serving: -1/2 of chopped tomato (however much you’d like) -1 tablespoon of onion, diced -1 garlic clove, pressed -1 teaspoon of oil of your choice -Salt & pepper to taste -Red pepper flakes or spritz of balsamic vinegar Cook quinoa or quinoa macaroni. Add the ingredients above into a pan and cook until fragrant on medium to medium low heat, 5-7 minutes. Add cooked quinoa/macaroni. Garnish with avocado.
